What is the minimum order for custom patches?+
Fifty pieces. Below that the per-piece economics get strained, so rather than overcharge for tiny runs we keep an honest 50-piece floor. The calculator prices runs from 50 up to thousands instantly.
Will I see my patch before it goes into production?+
Always. You get a free digital mockup within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions. Nothing is produced until you click approve on the proof. We never auto-approve a design, no exceptions.
How long does an order take?+
Standard delivery is 7 to 10 days from proof approval, with live tracking. Have a hard deadline? Tell us before you pay and we confirm we can hit it.
What backings can I choose?+
Standard sew-on is included. Iron-on adds $0.15 per patch and velcro (hook and loop) adds $0.55. Our backing guide walks through which one fits your use.
What artwork do you need from me?+
Anything from a polished vector file to a rough sketch or a photo of an existing patch. Our team recreates it either way, and the mockup shows you exactly what will be stitched.
Will my reorders match the first batch?+
